If you are looking to put your analytical and problem skills into practice, DataSoc is proud to present our Case Competition in collaboration with Mirvac!

This year, DataSoc has partnered up for the first time with Mirvac, and together we present to you an opportunity to experience what it is like to use the power of data to solve sustainability related problems in the housing industry.

You and your team will be given a real-world, strategy driven problem which you will have 2 weeks to work on a presentation-ready solution to pitch your ideas to the judges.

Register with a team of 3 to 4, or register as an individual and we will place you into a team. Entry is free but spots are limited, so make sure to register below!

    What can I expect?

    You will be presenting a practical strategy to a sustainability related problem in the housing industry that includes both qualitative and quantitative data.

    Can I enter alone/less than a full team?

    Teams are 3 to 4 people. If you're entering alone you will be automatically asigned to a team.

    When will regos close?

    Registrations close when we reach capacity, or at latest by mid-night Saturday the 2nd of October.

    Does it cost me anything to join?

    Absolutely not - this Case Competition is completely free for students! In fact, DataSoc is committed to free opportunities and events for students interested in data analytics!

    I've never done this before?! Can I still participate?

    This is a strategy focused comp and is open to all students of any background. No prior coding, modelling or case comp experience needed!
